About the Role
Abodes Lagos, a leading Nigerian property website, is seeking a hands-on Content Producer to capture high-quality visual assets for our extensive real estate listings, marketing campaigns, and company events. Please note that this is strictly a production role focused on shooting and editing, rather than social media management. Key Responsibilities- Shoot high-quality property, lifestyle, and event photography across various locations in Lagos.
- Film engaging video content showcasing residential and commercial properties, as well as company activities.
- Edit raw photos and videos into polished, platform-ready visual content on schedule.
- Collaborate closely with the digital and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
- Create compelling visual assets tailored for property listings, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Organize, archive, and maintain the company photo and video asset library efficiently.
- Properly manage, maintain, and handle company-owned production equipment with care.
- 1 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in professional photography and videography.
- Strong technical proficiency in video and photo editing software.
- A refined eye for composition, lighting, color grading, and compelling visual storytelling.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable traveling regularly to various properties, shoot locations, and events across Lagos.
- Prior content creation experience within the real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is a distinct advantage.
