About the Role
Nidacity is a dynamic Nigerian entrepreneurship media and education platform founded by Nigeria’s former Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun. Launched to support ambitious business owners, our social enterprise is dedicated to helping Nigerian founders build smarter, more resilient, and highly profitable enterprises. We are currently looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator Writer to join our growing team and help shape the narrative of African entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities- Research, write, and edit engaging articles, blog posts, newsletters, and educational guides tailored for Nigerian entrepreneurs and business owners.
- Develop compelling content strategies that drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and community growth across our digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to produce high-quality multimedia content, social media copy, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Interview successful Nigerian founders, industry experts, and thought leaders to extract valuable business insights and success stories.
- Ensure all written content is SEO-friendly, accurate, grammatically pristine, and aligned with the Nidacity brand voice and mission.
- Proven professional experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Journalist, or similar role within the media, tech, or business sectors.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a deep understanding of the Nigerian business and entrepreneurship landscape.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles, content management systems, and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to translate complex financial, business, and economic concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
