We are currently looking for a dynamic, creative, and proactive Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our vibrant team in Lagos. In this role, you will champion our brand voice, showcase our exciting in-store experiences, and drive online community engagement by producing compelling visual and written content.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content, reels, stories, and product photography.
- Plan and maintain a consistent monthly content calendar aligned with overall marketing and sales goals.
- Coordinate product shoots and capture engaging content during special events, promotions, and in-store activations.
- Write compelling captions and copy that resonate with parents, families, and toy enthusiasts.
- Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance insights, and generate regular reports to optimize reach.
- Engage actively with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions.
- Collaborate closely with the E-commerce, Sales, and Marketing teams to support business objectives.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating viral, engaging short-form video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Strong basic photography, videography, and copywriting skills.
- High energy, creative mindset, and comfort appearing on camera or working around children.
- Previous retail, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience is a distinct advantage.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing previous social media work is strictly required.
