About the Role
Tulips and Lilies Confectionery (The TLC Bakery) is a leading bakery in Ibadan known for exquisite cakes, treats, and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and internet-savvy Content Associate to help us consistently create and publish high-quality digital content that builds trust, grows our community, and drives sales.
Key Responsibilities- Create, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos, reels, and stories for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Generate fresh content ideas based on social media trends, consumer behavior, and brand objectives.
- Assist in developing founder-led content to make the MD relatable and credible to our audience.
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages, turning audience interactions into content opportunities.
- Track content performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion to optimize future campaigns.
- Plan and execute content shoots by preparing products, props, and equipment.
- Proven experience in social media content creation with a deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok culture.
- Proficiency in shooting and editing short-form videos using tools like CapCut or Canva.
- Strong creative instincts, excellent storytelling skills, and a keen eye for visual communication.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to appear on camera when required.
