In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating loan applications, managing client relationships, and driving financial growth for our esteemed banking and financial institution clients.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate loan applications by meticulously assessing financial statements, credit history, and applicant character to determine repayment capacity.
- Manage the complete lending process from initial application through to final disbursement, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and valuable client referrals.
- Provide accurate, professional information and expert advice regarding various loan products and eligibility requirements to potential customers.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales and loan disbursement targets aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in consumer lending, financial analysis, or banking sales within the Nigerian financial sector.
