We are currently seeking a professional and charismatic Concierge / Guest Services Officer to join our dynamic team and serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed guests. In this role, you will ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome all guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the restaurant.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee total satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure special guest requests and dietary needs are met.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant events to assist patrons effectively.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a reputable hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or premium customer service role.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable grooming, a polite demeanor, and a customer-first mindset.
