About the Role
Seed of Grace International College, owned by the Name of Jesus Ministries Int'l, is a premier private co-educational Christian secondary school situated on 200 expansive plots of land just outside Ado-Ekiti. We are currently looking for a passionate and qualified Computer Studies Teacher to join our dynamic faculty and deliver exceptional ICT education to our boarding and day students.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Computer Studies lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning and Christian values.
- Guide students through practical computer laboratory sessions, ensuring proper usage and care of technology equipment.
- Participate in school co-curricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development and academic success of every student.
- Possession of a relevant academic qualification (B.Ed, B.Sc, or equivalent) in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Computer Studies or ICT in a reputable secondary school setting.
- Strong pedagogical skills with a deep understanding of modern teaching methodologies and technology integration.
