About the Role
Giwa-Osagie & Company, one of Nigeria's leading law firms with over 30 years of excellence, is seeking a dependable and professional Company Driver. In this role, you will provide safe and efficient transportation services for our esteemed attorneys, staff, and guests, upholding the high standards of our firm while navigating Lagos roads.
Key Responsibilities- Transport employees, clients, and guests safely to designated locations according to daily schedules.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to check oil levels, tires, brakes, and general mechanical health.
- Coordinate regular maintenance schedules and report any mechanical issues promptly to administration.
- Strictly adhere to Nigerian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks for vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure the interior and exterior of pool cars are kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Enforce passenger safety protocols, including the mandatory use of seat belts.
- Work standard hours from Monday to Friday, with participation in an alternating weekend schedule.
- Minimum of SSCE qualification with a valid Lagos State Driver's License.
- Proven professional driving experience, preferably within a corporate or legal environment.
- Exceptional knowledge of Lagos routes, traffic regulations, and defensive driving techniques.
- Good verbal communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, vehicle care, and passenger safety.
