About the Role

We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to fill four open slots for Companion / Elderly Care Assistants.

As a Companion / Elderly Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our elderly clients by offering dedicated support and companionship. Your daily duties will include:

• Providing compassionate, person-centered daily care and companionship to elderly clients in their homes.
• Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including mobility support, personal hygiene, and grooming.
• Monitoring vital signs and administering medications in strict adherence to care plans.
• Preparing nutritious meals tailored to specific dietary requirements and medical needs.
• Accompanying clients to medical appointments, social outings, and recreational activities.
• Maintaining accurate digital care logs and reporting any health changes promptly through our platform.

To be considered for this rewarding role at Gramaze Healthcare, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a valid Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) license or a recognized care-giving certificate.
• Demonstrated experience in elderly care, nursing, or a related healthcare support field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills.
• Ability to adapt to technology-driven care workflows and digital coordination tools.
• High level of reliability, patience, and professional integrity.
