BridgeHedge Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Community Pharmacist Assistant to join our growing team in Ikeja, Lagos. Key Responsibilities- Attend to customers warmly and provide accurate information regarding over-the-counter product inquiries.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Receive, inspect, arrange, and stock pharmaceutical products and related retail inventory.
- Monitor stock levels, flag low-inventory items, and assist with regular stock reconciliation.
- Ensure shelves, product displays, and storage areas are clean, organized, and properly labeled.
- Maintain precise records of daily sales transactions and inventory movements.
- Support the lead pharmacist with routine administrative tasks and operational duties.
- Participate in community health outreach programs and assist with writing health-related articles.
- Adhere strictly to internal company policies and relevant healthcare regulations.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Previous working experience in a community pharmacy or fast-paced retail environment is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with retail POS software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and absolute integrity.
