We are currently seeking passionate, independent Community Health Champions (CHCs) to bring preventative healthcare directly to neighborhoods across Nigeria, empowering families to take control of their well-being while building a rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine home or workplace visits to registered patients for essential vital signs checks, including blood pressure, blood sugar, pulse, and weight monitoring.
- Enrol new individuals and local families into our comprehensive preventative health cover programs.
- Collaborate closely with assigned telehealth doctors to immediately report and review any abnormal patient readings.
- Manage your own working hours and visit schedules flexibly around your personal daily routine.
- Possess a recognized healthcare background, such as CHEW, JCHEW, RN, RM, CHO, Medical Doctor, or other allied health professions.
- Own a reliable smartphone with active internet access and WhatsApp connectivity.
- Have access to a basic vital signs kit, including a digital blood pressure monitor, glucometer, and thermometer.
- Demonstrate a highly professional, empathetic, and compassionate bedside manner when interacting with patients.
