  • Strong working knowledge of the Petroleum Industry Act, HCDT requirements, and GMOU frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage diverse external stakeholders, including government institutions and security agencies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and relationship-management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Delta State for community meetings and stakeholder engagements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives aligned with industry standards.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employee and dependents.
  • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning within the energy sector.
  • A collaborative and impactful work environment addressing critical community development initiatives.
