Key Responsibilities- Assist in the formulation and implementation of state commercial and trade policies.
- Support the promotion of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) within Katsina State.
- Conduct market research and economic data collection to guide commercial planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to enhance trade, commerce, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on commercial activities, market trends, and revenue generation initiatives.
- Participate in workshops, trade exhibitions, and government-led economic empowerment programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a closely related field from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Mandatory possession of the NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Must be an indigene of Katsina State.
- Age requirement: Must be between 18 and 49 years old.
- Successful performance in the mandatory merit-based aptitude test.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Secure and stable employment within the Katsina State Civil Service on Grade Level 08.
