Key Responsibilities- Deliver well-structured and engaging lessons in Commerce and related business subjects to Senior Secondary students.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in line with national and international educational standards.
- Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and extra support to learners who need improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and active participation.
- Participate in school co-curricular activities, departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development programs.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc, or B.A in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputable secondary school.
- Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian secondary school curriculum and modern pedagogical approaches.
