Key Responsibilities- Perform expert hair coloring, tinting, highlighting, and custom toning specifically on high-end human hair wigs and extensions.
- Consult with clients to understand their color preferences and provide professional recommendations based on skin tone and current trends.
- Maintain the integrity and quality of human hair fibers through proper chemical application and post-color care.
- Keep the workstation clean, sanitized, and fully stocked with necessary products and tools.
- Collaborate with other stylists and salon staff to ensure a seamless and luxurious client experience from start to finish.
- Stay updated on the latest hair color trends, products, and techniques in the luxury beauty industry.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience as a hair colorist, preferably within a high-end salon environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with human hair wigs, lace frontals, and closures.
- Immaculate professional appearance, grooming, and a positive, client-first attitude.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clientele.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and time management skills.
- Strong team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative salon environment.
