Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a responsible, physically fit, and eager-to-learn CNC Marble Machine Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team located in Awoyaya, Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for operating advanced CNC marble cutting machinery, ensuring precise cuts, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. Key Responsibilities- Operate the CNC marble cutting machine accurately according to exact specifications and project requirements.
- Participate fully in on-the-job training to master proper machine handling, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Ensure the CNC machine and surrounding workspace are thoroughly cleaned and maintained after each shift.
- Monitor ongoing machine performance and promptly report any mechanical faults, unusual noises, or maintenance needs.
- Handle delicate marble and stone materials with extreme care to minimize product damage, breakage, and material wastage.
- Assist warehouse team members with physically moving, positioning, loading, and unloading heavy marble slabs.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Must possess strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Prior experience operating CNC machines or working in a stone, marble, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be a fast learner with a genuine willingness to undergo intensive hands-on training.
- Must be physically fit and comfortable performing manual labor and heavy lifting tasks daily.
