Paradise Haven Hotel is a premier, multi-functional hospitality establishment located in the heart of GRA Quarters, Sagamu, Ogun State. We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Club Manager to oversee our vibrant nightlife and recreational facilities. Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring seamless service delivery and high standards of cleanliness and ambiance.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate club staff, including bartenders, security personnel, and floor servers.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, managing stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste.
- Implement effective marketing strategies and promotional events to drive customer engagement and increase revenue.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations within the establishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to guarantee high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with hotel management to align club activities with overall business goals and financial targets.
- Proven professional experience working as a Club Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Possess strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and interact with guests.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be highly honest, reliable, and a strong team player with absolute integrity.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, basic accounting, and event promotion.
