Key Responsibilities- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing and medical students during their clinical rotations and practical training sessions.
- Demonstrate and instruct students on proper medical procedures, patient care techniques, and equipment handling.
- Assess student performance through clinical evaluations, practical examinations, and continuous feedback.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate clinical practice with the broader academic curriculum.
- Ensure that all students adhere strictly to hospital safety protocols, ethical standards, and professional codes of conduct.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and clinical competencies.
- Candidates must hold an ND, B.Sc., or HND in Nursing or a relevant healthcare discipline from a recognized institution.
- Must possess verifiable professional clinical experience in a recognized healthcare facility.
- Mandatory active registration and valid licensing with the respective professional regulatory council in Nigeria.
