Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate the clinic team to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience and ensure patients successfully complete their personalized plans of care.
- Manage overall clinic revenue, operational performance, profitability, and key business metrics.
- Improve patient conversion rates, retention strategies, and therapist utilization.
- Oversee daily clinic systems, administrative processes, and seamless operations.
- Develop, cultivate, and maintain strategic relationships with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and corporate organizations.
- Build a robust and reliable professional referral network to drive new business opportunities.
- Identify operational challenges proactively and implement effective, independent solutions.
- Report vital performance data, trends, and growth opportunities directly to clinic management.
- Proven experience as a healthcare manager, practice manager, operations manager, sales manager, or in a similar leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated natural leadership abilities with a strong sense of personal ownership and accountability.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence in tracking, analyzing, and reporting financial numbers.
- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
