About the Role
Epheezy Model Management is a premier Nigerian modeling and talent development agency based on the Lagos Mainland, dedicated to discovering, training, and placing aspiring creative talents. We are currently expanding our dynamic team and looking for a passionate, proactive, and results-driven Client Relations Officer to join our support team. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our agency, esteemed clients, and registered models, ensuring seamless communication, relationship management, and exceptional service delivery across all projects.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, booking requests, and talent management updates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with brands, photographers, event planners, and industry partners.
- Coordinate talent schedules, castings, auditions, and bookings efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Resolve client complaints and address talent concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the scouting and training teams to prepare models and creative talents for client presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, contracts, and project bookings using agency databases.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, portfolio shoots, and agency showcases on the Lagos Mainland.
- Minimum of a OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or account management, preferably within the creative, modeling, or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- High proficiency in using MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Must reside on the Lagos Mainland or have easy accessibility to our Lagos office location.
