Fadac Resources is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our Wealth Management division as a Client Advisor / Business Support Assistant. Key Responsibilities- Support relationship managers in day-to-day client interactions, service requirements, and portfolio reporting.
- Prepare meeting materials, client presentations, investment research summaries, and financial illustrations.
- Coordinate client onboarding processes, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Liaise with Operations, Compliance, and Investment Advisory teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and settlement.
- Assist in business development activities by researching prospects, tracking pipelines, and preparing pitch materials.
- Maintain accurate client records, agreements, and correspondence while upholding absolute discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, asset management, or financial services.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CISI are highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, PowerPoint, and macOS productivity tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
