About the Role
Avonix Place is a premier restaurant and luxury lounge located in the upscale Victoria Garden City (VGC) and Ajah area of Lekki, Lagos. We offer a sophisticated fine and casual dining experience, featuring a diverse menu of intercontinental and African dishes. We are currently seeking detail-oriented and diligent Cleaners to join our hospitality team and ensure our environment remains spotless, welcoming, and compliant with the highest standards of hygiene.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning duties across the restaurant, luxury lounge, dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms.
- Ensure all floors, furniture, glass surfaces, and fixtures are dusted, mopped, and polished regularly.
- Empty trash receptacles, manage waste disposal, and maintain clean waste stations.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces frequently to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
- Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report shortages to management in a timely manner.
- Handle cleaning equipment with care and ensure proper storage after use.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- B.Sc, HND, or OND in any related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to manage workflow efficiently.
- Prior experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or luxury environment is an added advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
