Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Assess student progress through continuous evaluation and feedback
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance, and development
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavioral concerns
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities
- Uphold Christian values and promote moral character development among students
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent educational quality
- Master's degree (MSc./PGD) or HND with minimum 1 year teaching experience, OR
- Bachelor's degree (BSc./B.Tech./NCE) with minimum 1 year teaching experience, OR
- SSCE qualification with relevant teaching experience
