Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive daily lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and holistic growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Integrate digital learning tools and interactive technologies into everyday classroom instruction.
- Promote strong moral values, discipline, and character building among students in alignment with school standards.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administration, and parents to support individual student development needs.
- Prepare students adequately for internal assessments and external national evaluations.
- Possession of a relevant academic qualification such as NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc, or BA in Education or a related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience in a reputable nursery, primary, or secondary educational setting.
- Strong passion for teaching, child development, and mentoring young learners.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with modern digital learning platforms and educational technology is a strong advantage.
- Ability to reside in or easily commute to Akure, Ondo State.
