Key Responsibilities- Assist lead teachers in the daily preparation of classroom materials, lesson plans, and instructional aids.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students requiring extra academic or emotional guidance.
- Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Help manage classroom routines, transitions, group activities, and outdoor play or break times.
- Collaborate effectively with teaching staff to foster positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, B.Sc, or B.Ed from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience working as a classroom assistant, teacher aide, or educator will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Genuine passion for child development, education, and creating inclusive learning spaces.
- Residing within or close to the Ojodu Berger, Iju, or Ajuwon axis is an added advantage.
