Key Responsibilities- Assist classroom teachers in delivering lesson content and supporting student learning activities
- Monitor student behavior and classroom conduct, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional academic assistance
- Prepare and organize learning materials, resources, and classroom supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks including attendance records and student progress documentation
- Support the implementation of character development and critical thinking programs
- Facilitate digital learning tools and ensure proper classroom technology management
- Maintain open communication with teachers, parents, and school management regarding student progress
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is advantageous
- Proven experience working in an educational setting or with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer literacy and familiarity with educational software
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
