We are currently looking for a dedicated and results-driven Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our architectural visions to life on site. Your daily duties will include:
- Oversee and execute comprehensive project operations directly on site to ensure seamless workflow.
- Ensure all assigned construction projects are completed successfully on time, strictly within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Prepare accurate technical reports, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and detailed material schedules.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide onsite technicians, artisans, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and craftsmanship.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all project phases.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity with Springpet Homes, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possat a B.Sc or HND in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven hands-on experience in civil engineering and construction field operations.
- COREN certification or registration in progress will be considered an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong technical aptitude, advanced problem-solving abilities, and effective leadership skills.
- Must be currently resident in Lagos, Nigeria, with good familiarity with local construction terrain.
