Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive Citizenship & Heritage Studies lessons in alignment with the approved curriculum.
- Encourage students to develop a strong sense of national identity, civic duty, and cultural heritage within a Christian framework.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and personal development.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance the overall educational experience and uphold school standards.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) with a specialization in relevant subjects, or a Bachelor's degree supplemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
- Proven professional experience teaching Citizenship, Heritage Studies, or related subjects in a reputable educational institution.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian educational curriculum and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
