About the Role
Legend Hospitality Managers Limited, a premier management consultancy firm driven by quality service and superior industry standards, is seeking a strategic and vigilant Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee our comprehensive security infrastructure. In this executive role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our hospitality assets, guests, and employees while fostering a secure environment that aligns with our commitment to excellence and wealth creation for investors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies, protocols, and emergency response plans across all hospitality properties.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise internal security teams and third-party security vendors to ensure optimal performance and vigilance.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability audits, and safety inspections to identify potential security gaps and implement proactive mitigation measures.
- Liaise closely with local law enforcement agencies, government officials, and emergency service providers to maintain strong external security networks.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities thoroughly, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations to executive management.
- Integrate modern security technologies and surveillance systems to enhance operational efficiency and threat detection.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive security experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive capacity, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in physical security, risk management, crisis response, and modern security surveillance technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
- Valid professional certifications in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) will be a strong added advantage.
