We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to direct our comprehensive security infrastructure, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our personnel, guests, and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and enforce robust security policies, procedures, and loss prevention strategies across all company premises.
- Supervise security personnel, coordinate duty rosters, monitor performance, and conduct regular team briefings.
- Oversee advanced access control systems, visitor verification processes, and restricted area monitoring.
- Manage CCTV surveillance operations, review footage during incidents, and maintain functional security equipment.
- Lead incident management, investigate security breaches, gather evidence, and coordinate effectively with law enforcement agencies.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments, patrol inspections, and emergency crisis management drills.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Security Management, Criminology, Law, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in corporate security operations or security management.
- Demonstrated background in military, police, paramilitary, or large-scale corporate security environments.
- Strong expertise in emergency response, risk assessment, CCTV monitoring, and personnel supervision.
