We are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide visionary leadership and scale our dynamic business units.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations across the farm, roastery, cafés, and restaurant units.
- Translate business strategy into actionable operational plans, robust budgets, and measurable KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end farm operations, from production and harvesting to processing, roasting, packaging, and distribution.
- Drive overall profitability, cost control, margin improvement, and P&L performance.
- Oversee procurement, supply chain integrity, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
- Lead strategic new outlet openings, farm expansions, and wholesale growth initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive SOPs, reporting dashboards, and operational systems to maximize efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the Farm Manager, Heads of Department, and Outlet Managers.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, NAFDAC, agricultural, environmental, and labour regulations.
- Maintain consistent product quality, superior service standards, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Agribusiness, Hospitality, or a related field; an MBA is a strong advantage.
- 8 to 12 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years in a senior operations leadership role within F&B, hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
- Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-unit operations successfully.
- Demonstrated background in farm operations or agro-processing is a major advantage.
- Strong financial acumen, featuring hands-on P&L ownership and advanced cost management skills.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication abilities.
- High proficiency in ERP/POS systems and modern business reporting tools.
