About the Role
Aldelia Limited is a global leader in specialized recruitment and workforce solutions for the Oil & Gas, energy, and engineering sectors. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team in Nigeria. In this critical leadership role, you will provide strategic financial guidance, oversee financial planning and reporting, maintain robust internal controls, and optimize capital allocation to support our expanding operations and project pipeline across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accurate statutory reporting.
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, working capital management, and strategic banking relationships.
- Provide rigorous financial oversight of project costs, Work In Progress (WIP), margins, and commercial contracts.
- Develop and execute capital planning, funding strategies, financial modeling, and investment assessments.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, manage audit processes, and ensure strict compliance with Nigerian tax and regulatory requirements.
- Partner closely with the CEO and Executive Management to shape corporate strategy, evaluate business risks, and drive informed decision-making.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance, accounting, and treasury teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a strong advantage.
- Required professional certification such as ACA, ICAN, ACCA, CPA, or CFA.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior corporate finance, financial advisory, project finance, or executive leadership roles.
- Extensive expertise in IFRS, financial modeling, treasury management, capital raising, and commercial finance within complex operating environments.
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas, energy services, engineering, or project-based industries is highly desirable.
