We are currently seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and drive our organization's long-term growth, profitability, and sustainability in the Nigerian market. The ideal candidate combines strong corporate finance and treasury management experience with proven executive leadership capabilities, bringing a track record of capital raising, business transformation, value creation, and high-level strategic decision-making. This role goes beyond traditional accounting to focus on funding, investments, and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic financial leadership to shape the organization's long-term growth and business strategy.
- Oversee comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.
- Manage treasury operations, liquidity, and capital structures effectively.
- Lead debt and equity financing, capital raising, and corporate transactions.
- Ensure robust governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across all operations.
- Engage and manage stakeholders at the board, investor, and lender levels.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory professional qualifications including CFA plus ACA or ACCA.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent executive leadership role.
- Extensive expertise in treasury management, corporate finance, taxation, and advanced financial modelling.
- Prior experience within manufacturing or import-dependent sectors is highly desirable.
