Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve the restaurant's long-term financial and operational goals.
- Oversee overall daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, revenue generation, and profitability analysis.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the management team and staff to foster a positive, high-performance work environment.
- Drive marketing initiatives and brand positioning to enhance Joseph's Pot market presence in Owerri and beyond.
