Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging chemistry lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive and disciplined learning environment.
- Supervise students during practical laboratory sessions, strictly enforcing laboratory safety protocols.
- Provide individualized student support and guidance to address diverse learning needs and academic challenges.
- Design, administer, and grade tests, quizzes, and examinations to monitor student progress and academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings to enhance the overall science curriculum.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry Education or a related field.
