About the Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and talented Chemist who resides in Akure or its environs to contribute to our dynamic operations and business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough chemical and physical analyses of materials, substances, and products to ensure strict quality control standards.
  • Support project planning, execution, and commissioning phases by providing expert chemical insights and technical documentation.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and manage laboratory inventory effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external experts across various business units to drive project success.
  • Prepare detailed reports, data analysis, and documentation regarding research findings and operational testing.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Applicants must be resident in Akure or its immediate environs.
  • Proven knowledge of laboratory techniques, safety standards, and analytical instrumentation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
