Paradise Haven Hotel is a premier 2-star hospitality establishment located in the heart of GRA Quarters, Sagamu, Ogun State. We are dedicated to providing top-tier comfort and executive services to business travelers, corporate clients, and leisure guests. We are currently looking for a passionate and talented Chef / Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team and elevate our dining offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook delicious, high-quality meals in accordance with hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workstation and kitchen area adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to plan menus, manage inventory, and minimize food waste.
- Handle food preparation efficiently to ensure timely service in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate supply needs to the procurement team promptly.
- Proven professional experience working as a Chef, Cook, or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- High level of honesty, reliability, and a strong commitment to being a collaborative team player.
- Relevant culinary training, certification, or equivalent practical experience.
