BethâNeills Playhouse & Preschool is seeking a dedicated and passionate Certified Montessori/EYFS Teacher to join our premier faith-based early childhood education center in Calabar. Key Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging, child-centered learning activities using Montessori and EYFS methodologies
- Observe and assess children's developmental progress, documenting individual learning milestones
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support holistic child development
- Maintain classroom organization, lesson planning, and educational standards
- Foster a faith-based value system aligned with the school's mission
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or National Certificate of Education (NCE)
- Certified Montessori and/or EYFS qualification (essential)
- TRCN (Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria) registration (preferred)
- Strong passion for early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
