We are currently recruiting a vigilant and experienced CCTV Operative on behalf of our esteemed luxury hospitality client. In this role, you will safeguard guests, employees, and assets by operating advanced electronic security systems to detect and respond to security breaches efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Continuously monitor CCTV cameras across public spaces, guest areas, and back-of-house facilities to identify suspicious activities.
- Coordinate real-time security responses and guide patrol officers to incident locations using live surveillance footage.
- Secure, retrieve, and archive video evidence while maintaining strict data privacy compliance and chain of custody.
- Operate video management software, digital recording equipment, and alarm systems, reporting faults immediately.
- Submit detailed daily surveillance logs and incident reports to the Security Supervisor.
- National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Security Management, IT, Criminology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven CCTV monitoring experience within a hotel, corporate, or high-security environment.
- Professional certifications in CCTV Operations, Fire Safety, or Occupational Health and Safety are a strong advantage.
