We specialize in authentic Nigerian cuisines, continental dishes, signature cocktails, and mocktails, providing our guests with a relaxed dining and entertainment experience. We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Cashier to join our dynamic team and manage daily point-of-sale operations with utmost precision and integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and manage cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout counter, ensuring all daily sales records and receipts are properly documented.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, resolving any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and bar teams to ensure swift and efficient service delivery to guests.
- Provide friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding menu items, bills, and payment methods.
- Comply with all company financial policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Minimum of OND, SSCE, or relevant academic qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven working experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing finance role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems, cash registers, and basic accounting software.
- Exceptional numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
