Key Responsibilities- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wooden structures and fixtures according to project specifications.
- Operate and maintain various woodworking tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Interpret precise measurements and basic technical drawings to execute custom retail and commercial designs.
- Ensure high-quality finishing and maintain strict attention to detail on every piece of woodwork.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to meet tight project deadlines.
- Comply fully with all company policies, workplace safety standards, and supervisor instructions.
- Proven professional experience in carpentry, joinery, and woodwork.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse woodworking tools and interpret technical blueprints.
- Prior experience in furniture making, interior fit-outs, exhibition stands, or construction work is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional discipline, punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
