We are currently looking for a dynamic and reliable Cafe Attendant to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with digital tools, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring our facility remains pristine, safe, and welcoming at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with navigating computers, internet usage, and various software applications efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to error messages, email access, and file downloading.
- Monitor and track customer computer usage time, calculate charges, and maintain accurate daily records.
- Operate various cybercafe and media center equipment, including photocopiers, printers, laminating machines, and digital photo/video equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment by regularly wiping down computer stations, tables, and surrounding areas.
- Demonstrate and apply basic knowledge of media editing software and office productivity tools.
- Possession of an OND qualification; SSCE holders with proven proficiency in operating desktops, printers, and photocopiers will also be considered.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar customer-facing or cybercafe role.
- Fast typing skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Corel Draw.
- Hands-on working knowledge of standard printing, laminating, and photocopying machinery.
- Excellent intercultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
