Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, well-structured Business Studies lessons to secondary school students in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to evaluate student progress effectively.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning and personal growth.
- Monitor and evaluate academic performance, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to students who need improvement.
- Participate actively in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Integrate Christian values and moral principles into daily classroom interactions and teaching methodologies.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree or HND in Business Education, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in a recognized secondary school environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage young learners.
- Strong classroom management abilities with a proven track record of maintaining discipline and focus.
