Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, source, and pursue lucrative new business opportunities within the Nigerian security services sector.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective high-value clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
  • Conduct thorough market research to monitor competitor activities and emerging industry trends.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry functions, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate service contracts and agreements in strict alignment with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to guarantee flawless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of verifiable experience in business development, corporate sales, or client acquisition.
  • Mandatory fluency in Hausa to effectively engage regional stakeholders and clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing ambitious sales targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
