Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust business development strategies aligned with AIM Consultants' corporate objectives.
  • Identify and track upcoming projects and commercial opportunities across infrastructure, real estate, energy, and government sectors.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strategic relationships with clients, developers, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end tender lifecycle, including monitoring EOIs, RFPs, and RFQs, and collaborating with technical teams on winning proposals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date business development pipeline, delivering regular reports on secured projects and market opportunities.
  • Represent AIM at prominent industry networking events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to elevate our market presence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in business development or client relationship management within the engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, pursuing, and successfully closing high-value commercial projects and consultancy contracts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of technical proposal writing, tendering processes, and public-private sector procurement procedures.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
