We are currently looking for a driven Business Developer to join our collaborative team and help scale our commercial operations across the Nigerian entertainment and lifestyle sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators within the music, entertainment, and lifestyle industries.
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to secure new business deals and revenue streams.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with venues, artists, corporate sponsors, and investors.
- Negotiate lucrative revenue-sharing agreements, equity deals, and strategic collaborations aligned with Bill Studio's long-term vision.
- Analyze current market trends in Lagos and beyond to optimize pricing, promotional strategies, and scalability for monthly events.
- Collaborate closely with the curation, production, and marketing teams to enhance event value propositions and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to robust business plans ensuring predictable revenue cycles and measurable performance outcomes.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the media, entertainment, or creative industries.
- Strong network of contacts among music artists, event venues, brands, and potential sponsors in Lagos.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable revenue strategies.
