Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive lectures and facilitate engaging practical sessions in Business Administration and creative entrepreneurship.
- Develop, update, and review course curriculum and teaching materials to align with modern industry standards and business practices.
- Assess and evaluate student assignments, examinations, and project work, providing constructive feedback for academic and professional growth.
- Mentor and guide students on career development, entrepreneurial ventures, and business management within the entertainment and media sectors.
- Participate in departmental meetings, institutional events, academic planning, and continuous curriculum enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate academic records and collaborate with colleagues to foster an enriching, interactive, and professional learning environment.
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, HND, or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, lecturing, or academic instruction at a reputable institution is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of business principles, strategic management, marketing, and entrepreneurship, particularly within the creative industries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse student groups.
