As a Bus Driver Minder, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure, orderly, and welcoming atmosphere for our students during their daily school commute across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all students while boarding, riding, and disembarking from the school bus.
- Assist the driver in monitoring traffic and road conditions, particularly during student drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Maintain proper student behavior and discipline on the bus in accordance with school policies.
- Assist younger children with fastening seatbelts, managing bags, and safely crossing roads when necessary.
- Maintain accurate daily attendance logs of students utilizing the transport service.
- Communicate promptly with school administration and parents regarding any transit delays or behavioral incidents.
- Proven relevant experience in a similar caregiving, monitoring, or transport role, preferably within an educational institution.
- Demonstrated professionalism, absolute reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong situational awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Preferably a female candidate with a passion for child care and youth development.
