About the Role
Bolton White Hotels & Apartments, a premier hospitality destination conveniently located in the heart of Abuja, is looking for a dynamic and creative Branding & Communications Specialist. In this role, you will act as the custodian of our brand voice and visual identity, designing integrated communication strategies that elevate our market presence and drive guest engagement across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual and verbal identity to ensure consistency across all marketing assets, digital platforms, and corporate communications.
- Create, edit, and oversee compelling content for digital channels, including social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and press releases.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, PR partners, and key community stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, hospitality events, and brand activations.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, social engagement, and media reach using relevant metrics and tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in brand management, corporate communications, or public relations, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and editing skills with a sharp eye for storytelling and brand tone.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, alongside strong digital marketing literacy.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
