About the Role
Misan & Co is an upscale, all-inclusive hospitality and intimate events studio located in Palmgrove, Ikorodu Road, with an additional presence in Lekki Phase 1. We specialize in curated dining experiences, content creation, and private community gatherings, operating on a one-group-at-a-time model to guarantee maximum privacy. We are looking for an exceptional Brand Photographer & Videographer to creatively capture and communicate the luxurious atmosphere, high-end service, and memorable guest experiences that define our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Photograph and film upscale events, guest experiences, architectural spaces, gourmet food, and beverage details.
- Produce polished brand images, promotional videos, interviews, and engaging behind-the-scenes content.
- Translate creative briefs into actionable shot lists and thoroughly prepare equipment before every shoot.
- Capture versatile vertical and horizontal footage tailored for social media, digital advertising, and website use.
- Deliver edited photographs and video assets strictly on schedule while maintaining a consistent visual style.
- Organize, label, and securely back up all media files for seamless team retrieval and reuse.
- Maintain absolute discretion around high-profile guests, respecting privacy and specific consent arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with founders, the Social Media Manager, and operations teams to cover critical moments without disrupting service.
- A strong, demonstrable portfolio featuring commercial photography and videography, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or event industries.
- High-level proficiency with professional cameras, lighting setups, audio recording gear, and stabilization equipment.
- Advanced skills in photo editing software and at least one professional video-editing application.
- Exceptional composition, visual storytelling, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing lighting conditions and perform seamlessly under time pressure.
- Mandatory availability for Friday office attendance, scheduled weekday shoots, and weekend event coverage.
